Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you require flexible timing.
You can make a reservation through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button, or contact us directly via phone (+237 672 95 93 18 / +237 688 38 69 45), email (info@vianashome.com), or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged for the first night. Please contact us directly for any special circumstances.
Yes! We offer free private parking for all our guests. The parking area is secure and monitored 24/7. There is ample space for multiple vehicles.
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property, including all apartments, studios, common areas, and the terrace. Network details are provided at check-in.
We kindly ask that pets are not brought to the property to ensure the comfort of all our guests. If you have a service animal, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
All apartments and studios include: free WiFi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, complimentary toiletries, daily housekeeping, free private parking, and 24/7 security. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and gym.

Airport transfer can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival with your flight details, and we will arrange comfortable transportation from Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport to Viana's Home.
We accept cash payments (XAF), mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), and bank transfers. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Viana's Home is located in Nkoabang-Nkobassi, approximately 5 minutes from Carrefour Nkoabang. The city center of Yaoundé is about 20-30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Our location offers a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently accessible.
